Return Shipping Cost

For buyer-remorse returns, including changed mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the return label. If Web & Brick shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the listing was materially incorrect, Web & Brick will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide a return label.

Item Condition

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition received, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, certificates, authentication materials, serial-number labels, seals, and included components. Sealed products must remain sealed. Graded or authenticated items must be returned in the same holder or case with no signs of cracking, tampering, label removal, or alteration.

Inspection and Refunds

Approved eligible returns that pass inspection receive a full refund to the original payment method. Web & Brick does not charge a restocking fee. If an item is returned opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, missing parts, missing authentication materials, tampered with, or not the same item originally shipped, that is a condition issue rather than a restocking fee, and Web & Brick may deny the refund or issue a reduced refund based on the item condition. If a return is rejected after inspection, Web & Brick will contact the customer and may offer to ship the item back at the customer's expense.
