Web & Brick receives order and payment-status information needed to fulfill and support the order, but Web & Brick does not store full payment card numbers.

Supabase, website hosting, and related infrastructure providers help store catalog, order, and operational records.
Shipping and fulfillment providers

Support and email tools
Email and support tools may process messages you send to Web & Brick so we can respond to order, product, return, and checkout questions.
Marketplace channels

Information from marketplace transactions is handled separately from direct website checkout and is used only as needed to fulfill, support, reconcile, or legally document that marketplace transaction. Marketplace buyer contact information is not used for Web & Brick website marketing.
Data Retention
Web & Brick keeps order, payment-status, fulfillment, return, support, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, customer support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Cart data stored in your browser can be cleared through your browser settings or by clearing your cart.
Security
Web & Brick uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect customer information. Checkout is handled through secure Stripe checkout, and full payment card numbers are not stored by Web & Brick. No website, payment system, database, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Web & Brick works to collect only what is needed and limit access to operational needs.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact Web & Brick to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with a website order where required by applicable law.
