Direct Website Checkout

Purchases made on webandbrick.com are direct Web & Brick website transactions. Checkout is handled through secure website checkout, and payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed for fulfillment.

Product Information

Web & Brick works to show accurate product titles, photos, item specifics, conditions, prices, and availability. Product photos, packaging, colors, and manufacturer details may vary slightly from screen to screen or from normal manufacturer changes. Product descriptions are provided for shopping convenience and should be reviewed before checkout.

Some products may have selectable options such as scent, size, color, style, or other variants. It is the customer's responsibility to review the selected option, quantity, shipping address, and order total before payment.

Prices, Inventory, and Order Acceptance

Prices and availability may change before checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is completed and Web & Brick confirms that the item can be fulfilled. Web & Brick may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, listed with an obvious pricing or catalog error, restricted from sale or shipment, affected by suspected fraud or misuse, or unable to be delivered to the provided address.

Payment

Website payments are processed through Stripe checkout. Web & Brick does not store full payment card numbers. Payment authorization, fraud screening, and payment-method availability may be handled by Stripe or other payment service providers involved in the checkout process.

Shipping

Web & Brick currently ships website orders within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown before payment. Orders paid before 2 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day, excluding postal holidays. More details are available in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the published Returns Policy. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, consumable, customized, final-sale, restricted-shipping, authentication, or condition reasons. Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Return requests should be emailed to returns@webandbrick.com. More details are available in the Returns Policy.

Marketplace Channels

Web & Brick is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay or any third-party marketplace. Marketplace channels are handled separately and are not the checkout path for this storefront. Orders placed through a marketplace are separate marketplace transactions and are handled through that marketplace's order flow, while orders placed on webandbrick.com are governed by Web & Brick's website policies.

You may use this website only for lawful shopping, support, and account-free browsing. You may not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order information, use automated systems to abuse the site, copy site content for misleading resale or impersonation, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Limits of Responsibility

Web & Brick is responsible for fulfilling accepted website orders according to the published order, shipping, and return policies. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Web & Brick is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to website use, carrier delays, manufacturer changes, third-party service outages, or misuse of products after delivery.
